Fauzia holds a law degree from Padjajaran University (1987), Bandung and a Master of Law degree from the Law School of Boston University (1996).

Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate of Law Firm Ratnawulan & Partners (1990-1992), Law Firm Arie Hutagalung & Associates (1992-1995), corporate legal manager of PT Bank Bali, Tbk (now PT Permata Bank, Tbk) (1996-1999), free lance lawyer (1999-2008), a lecturer of the Law School of Pancasila University, Jakarta (2010 to present).

Fauzia has much experience in handling litigation corporate and commercial laws, foreign investment, banking and finance transactions; Energy and Mining.
