Budhi obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Pancasila University, Jakarta, in 1991. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal officer of PT Bank Dharmala (BBKU) (1994-1999) and Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA) as a junior counsel (1999-2002). Since joining the firm in 2008, Budhi has involved in matters relating to general corporate matters; performing legal audit of a company in an acquisition process and assisted the preparation of related documents.
